My favorite solo right now, (because it changes every so often) would have to be from "Until We Touch the Burning Sun - Thunderstone" or "Crowned In Terror - The Crown".

Off the top of my head, I'd probably have to go with the dual guitar solo in Exodus' Toxic Waltz.

I do love the opening solo for Arch Enemy's Ravenous.
It's tough to give a concrete answer though.

Nitro had some really great solo's from their OFR album. Cheesy power/glam shit, but Michael Angelo could pump out some really cool stuff. I'd love to see what that guy could do in a thrash act.

Zakk Wylde's solo on 'In This River'.
I don't really care much for his music much actually, but he can tear it up pretty good on guitar every now and then.
