Well, Kramer was keeping all this blood in Jerry's car, and he had the air conditioning turned up really high and it basically blew out some kind of...thing or whatever. So Kramer refilled it with the blood and then when Jerry had it again(it was being used to work him out or whatever) some guy saw it and freaked out resulting in Jerry getting his shit ruined.
