It's pretty fucking good. like the first one with a much sharper quality. it has a lot of style. i expect there to be a bunch of sequels to this one. lets hope they don't fuck it up.

You've seen it? Excellent. I loved the first two, and just based on the trailers I've seen this looked to be about the same style. Plus, the more I think about it, the more I think that Christian Bale has more potential to pull off Batman than Keaton.

Yeah, my son has the new Batmobile toy and it was all I could do not to push him to the floor, grab it away from him, and then run up to my room and play with it.

Very good I liked it as well. The music scoring was good too. Good thing they didnt use the old batman theme.

I caught this earlier in the week, it was damn good and even managed to better Batman and Batman Returns. And yeah, Bale is the best Batman yet, he pulled it off brilliantly.
The plot's great, the movie moves at a good pace and the villains are great. Scarecrow was played really well, and Liam Neeson did a great job as Ra's Al Ghul.

my only beef with this film is that damned microwave that's supposed to vaporize the water supply in town. doesnt the human body consist mostly of water? why didnt everyone in gotham just instantly dry up when it was set off?
still it was fucking perfect compared to the last two. here's a hint on how they can avoid this kind of shittiness in the future. forget about robin! batman is badass enough without some faggy acrobat. the first two movies kicked ass, but as soon as they threw robin in there it got shitty. batman trained in ancient styles of martial arts, is a world class detective, has the money for all those cool devices and vehicles, is smart enough to wear dark colors to blend in with the shadows, while robin is.....a child acrobat in bright colors. i'm sure tim burton realized robin was too stupid for audiences in the early 90's.... and those people liked sir mixalot! who cares if it's not the same as the old batman? robin is a completely unnecessary character. batgirl too. i'm surprised whatever shameless bastards made batman forever/and robin didnt just ressurect the "BANG" "POW" "FI-DOOGLE" bullshit from the old batman series. goddamn that show sucked dick.
"holy shit batman! any second now we'll be lowered into that giant spinning fan!"
"not to worry, boy wonder! i'll just use my anti-giant spinning fan spray if i can...just...reach...my belt!"

I agree, great flick. They kept batman dark, just like he's supposed to be.
My one beef was the melee scenes... they were filmed so poorly, i couldn't tell what the fuck was going on... Probably to make up for poor choriography or something. Made my eyes hurt.
