What do you have for weapons, armor?
Looking at those stats, you're going to be completely fucked when you level up higher.

There is no quick way to do it, but the more you raise your stats the quicker they raise on their own. I guess it's exponential or something.
As far as weapons, I used to have a metal knife/T-shirt but when I got invited to be in a gang the leader told me if I donated my weapons he'd give me a wooden bat/shield so I've had those since...+/-100 damage, heh heh...

Not true. Training gains are dependent on your level and on your intel. Which is why intel is an important stat to train once you reach level 25.
Common practice is to level as much as you can to get to level 25. And once you're there, begin training intel.

I actually trained mostly intel and speed at level 10 as long as I could so I wouldn't have to pay for high school and I could do it all in primary school.

One of the guys in our gang maxed his intel at level 1. Couldn't think of a bigger waste of time, personally. It would be one thing if it effected how many hit points you gain when leveling, but not the case.
How is your gang working out, by the way? If you're in the mood for some change, you should shoot at app to Adrenaline. Just a bunch of wicked nice people that have a lot of good advice.

I don't know, I didn't even know there was a gang message board until today, so I basically have no idea what the deal is with all the people there and I don't particularly feel like finding out as long as they let me keep my weapons.

I just recommended you for membership.
And I haven't been doing updates here lately due to the amount of time it takes. I can't remember if I came right out and said it on the boards here, but my youngest son is autistic. He takes an incredible amount of time from my schedule, not to mention energy, which leaves me completely unmotivated to do anything with my free time except sleep. I've worked myself pretty hard in the past, but raising an autistic child and balancing a semi-normal life is the most mentally exhausting thing I've ever done. I literally don't want to do anything except sit in a chair in complete silence and heal.

But why does it take so long for the speed to increase anyway?

You don't want even stats. Just raise your intelligence. You can get strength and power from weapons and you want to build your intelligence a lot faster than your speed since the higher your intelligence is, the higher your other stats go up. Basically I look like this right now:
Respect: Freeloader [103,408]
Speed: 61.0783
Power: 8.9755
Strength: 9.0127
Begging: 2.0880
Intelligence: 174.0819
Since I got kicked out of my gang I don't have any weapons or armor either so I've just been knocking myself out in the Arena every reset and doing nothing but building up intel and saving all my cans. The higher your intelligence, the more your cans are worth so I'm just saving all that until I can buy weapons that at least equal what I had before which would have been easier if I hadn't dumped so much money raising the stats of my crappy rat.
