it wasn't "a bender", just continuous low level drinking throughout the day. i would not even say that i was drunk, more like just incredibly run down (it IS a depressant after all)

Just saw Unearth last night with As I Lay Dying. Unearth fucking tore it up super fun pit and about 5 unfortunate stage diving into the floor incidents. Good show all in all.

The only band I can think of that's from Maine is Conifer.

There's a bunch, Ocean, Confusatron(very strange shit), Vertigod(my brother use to play bass for them), Molested Senses, just go to mypace and search the music section there's lots more there.

hm, yeah i saw conifer once but honestly i thought they were pretty boring. i'm not familiar with the bands jesusslaves mentioned except for ocean, and them i only know by name.

I'm happy I made the trip up there. Gouka was great! Constant energy, and some really awesome riff progressions.

Didn't feel like going to a show alone again after the last experience(my friend thought the show was tomorrow) so I just stayed home.
