Though it does strike me as awful similar to the artwork on the fourth color plate in my 4th Edition Call of Cthulhu RPG book...

Dennis Dread did this artwork. Interestingly enough, he only does his artwork with a regular Bic pen and nothing else. All that shading and everything is just some chintz pen he bought in a pack of five for $0.99.
