Oh, crap. I realize my first post didn't have much to offer this thread, but I have to agree with HORATIO. If I was in a band, the last thing I would want is a bunch of kids obsessing about what style of music I played. I might miss a really good band if I was too busy categorizing everything. I like it if it's generally loud.

Let's make a KitF staff band. We can play sledgehammer-carnivore-crustskiing-dead-pope-motzah-ball-pig-tail-cuckoo-for-Cocoa-Puffs-core.

We could get a toilet to do the vocals. We could record it flushing, send it through a pitch shifter, and call it pottycore. We could call the band "Potty Mouth & The Scrubbin' Bubbles".

Or we could just fart into the microphone and call it asscore.
Where is the core of my ass? That's a question that should remain unanswered.
Twenty-seven.

And you need to hunt down some Gorilla Biscuits! Done. As always, another great recommendation. You know trashlikeyou from the DMFFA? Add him to your Soulseek list. He's sharing a LOT of good shit(including the demo from his own band). His name is "2 shoess". Scoots, you may actually find some stuff you like from this guy too.

Hey, I finally got this Soulseek. I need to pick up on some new stuff. Anything special I should know? I'm user TCollins. It seems to work pretty fast. I've already got about a third of a Vindictives album.

I'm having a bit of a pain in the ass with my folders. When I set my shared folders, and d/l'd folders, I get this root directory shit. Please select another folder. Where's the best place to put these files and still allow others to get them?

I just use a folder already on my desktop for both.

I was having sharing problems at first. Add a folder onto your Soulseek folder and move all your files in there. It does actually help to have some organization too, but it's not necessary.

Is anyone else having trouble with Soulseek lately? I can't connect.
It's a shame too, I finally moved all the stuff I've downloaded recently into my shared area.
