I can only assume that's a joke. Crunchy lo-fi guitars wailing away on generic crap in the background while the singer gargles into a $9.97 Best Buy computer microphone which compliments the dripping faucet water on top of a Tuperware container drum beat. Absolute crap whose only asset is to piss off elitist metal nerds with it's tr00 and kvlt underground production.
