I don't remember exactly when I picked this up. A couple weeks ago maybe? Anyway, the graphics and soundtrack are really good, but that's to be expected from any Mario game. There are a few different worlds to go into and you climb up different levels on the pinball table(much like Sonic Spinball or Kirby's Pinball Land) and you collect stars. There are different doors you hit that have numbers on them, so the more stars you have, the more you can explore the table in that particular world. You can go back and forth between the worlds freely using a cannon. There are bosses and red coin switches and you can buy items with coins you collect in tents such as a 1up, big and small mushrooms, Yoshi eggs(for multiball), invincibility stars, pipes that plug up the center space temporarily, etc. There's bosses that give you keys and you can eventually face Bowser. It's a bit boring, but it's an adventure based on pinball, so...

Not to hijack the thread or anything, but I LOVE pinball. Not so much the video game versions as I have yet to play something which is realistic enough to differentiate between something as simple as a nudge and a shake, but they're certainly good for people like me that don't have the money/space to own their own pinball game at home.
There's a place a little north of here called Funspot which is a gold mine of classic and modern pinball machines. It's in Weirs Beach, Maine, and an essential place to visit for the traveling pinball connoisseur.
