Jap/Korean restaurant? Did you go to Oki Steakhouse? That place is awesome.
My decision to eat the breakfast sausages turned out to be a bad one yesterday since later that night for dinner my dad made some huge burger I couldn't finish(that wasn't cooked well enough anyway) and then for some reason an hour or so later I decided to eat Pop-Tarts(brown sugar cinnamon kind). I thought I was going to explode.

I finished the last third of the 4 pound carne asada for breakfast. Jumped in the Sacramento river to cool off, then had an 8" sub the pizza place gave me for free because they fucked up my last two orders. Weinnhard's Blue Boar.

On Saturday night my wife and I went to her company party. The bar looked like it was literally made out of Tuperware, and they only served one cheap white wine, one cheap red wine, Bud Lite, Corona, Aspen Ice, and Heineken. Horrid selection, but Heineken was the least shitty of their selection so I stuck with those. On top of that, people were cut off after two. That sucked.
Luckily the food was great. I ended up having: scallops wrapped in bacon, some kind of spinach & feta dinner pastry, spring rolls, turkey, roast beef, some kind of cheese ravioli topped with ricotta, olives, bacon, capers, peppers, and a few other veggies that skip my mind (not to mention otherwise tasteless unfortunately), plus a wheat roll. The only bad part was that by the time I went back up for seconds they had run out of just about everything.
Last night we went for convenience over quality and ordered some of those new Supreme Crunch whatevers from Taco Bell. They actually weren't too bad...and they were good to go.

I just had some linguine and some hot eye-talian sausages. They ain't as hot as they used to be. But that's still some damn good food to eat right when you get back from the gym. With a half a bottle of red wine.

I spent last night drinking beer, smoking, and scarfing down some thick ass bacon burgers. I feel like shit today.

That's always around the time when you think to yourself "god why do I continue to do this to myself" or "I'll never do this again"

I know damn well I'll end up doing that again. I'm a slave to my impulses. Besides, I'm young, strong, and I work out. I'll start to worry when I'm a bit older.

Last night had a "Wild Willy Burger". Awesome little burger joint in town. Had a burger with hot green chilli's and chedder cheese (think they called it the "Rio Ranche"), fries, and a cup of steak chilli.

Grilled Tri-tip last night. With some bakers and broccoli. Tri-tip has got to be one of the best cuts for flavor.

My wife thought she had a slow leak in one of her tires, so I stopped by her work to take a look at it. Afterwards we decided to stop by the restaurant in her building to grab some quick grub. It was surprisingly awesome. I had a simple cheeseburger with fries, while she had a grilled cheese with bacon & tomato plus fries. Nothing fancy about the place, but the cook does such an awesome job. On top of that it's so freakin' cheap. Huge portions plus a couple of drinks worked out to less than $10.

This afternoon made myself a sandwich consisting of: sesame seed bagel, turkey salami, white turkey, swiss cheese, and lettuce. Wasn't in the mood for mayo and we're out of brown mustard, so it was a little dry. Some Hawaiin Macadamia Nut coffee hit the spot, though.
