i want to make a nacho pizza... i'm thinking crust, sauce, cheese, tortillas, grilled chicken, olives, jalapenos, etc
this is a companion concept to my celebrated chili cheese fry pizza (crust, sauce, cheese, french fries, chili, more cheese) and the bbq chicken/french fry pizza

The take and bake place up the street does a mexican with seasoned beef, onions, jalapenos and olives. Good shit, but too hot for my wife. Chicken sounds good.

emily took like 10 pics of the entire pizza making process... basically we put a little sauce and cheese on the crust, cooked it till the crust was set, then we put on the tortillas, seasoned beef, more cheese, olives, jalapenos, and salsa, and cooked it till the cheese melted. then lettuce and tomato on the individual slices so it wouldn't get all wilty. so chill.

i just finished this art for the box of a local pizza shop. the guy screen prints all his own boxes and has a bunch of different styles done by other local artists.  he hasn't seen it yet so i hope he's feelin it |
