Besides the regular shit, trying to make a living, I'm just trying to enjoy myself. I haven't really checked the board as much since Del left the Arena, which has nothing to do with the Arena. Shev and Scoots, I trust you got my replies. I was glad to see some new reviews up. Yeah, so I've been having a good time. The company invited me to go this fancy ass Marina Recreation Association conference down in Santa Barbara last week. It was as if I didn't work for a week and got paid for it. Stayed in a luxurious hotel, ate and drank like a king and schmoozed with the industry folk at the trade show. I was away from my family on my birthday and I missed the damned Melvins-Jello show, which sucked, but I couldn't pass up on the opportunity to get in with my managers on this trip. A cool bunch of guys who love to live it up. That went well. Came home, had a weekend off, then saw GWAR Monday night. Not a bad way to get old.
