I used to work with a guy for the longest time that left to start his own business. When his business failed, he gave his ex-wife all rights to his daughter and joined the army to fight in Iraq. While military experience isn't necessarily a bad thing, this guy is 31 years old. No way I could leave my kids to go fight over there.

My frien'ds brother and my wife's friend's husband were both over there. Each had like 1 1/2 year tour. They are both back now.

Oh yeah, I actually remembered one of my teachers last year had a brother who was over there. He's back now too, I believe.
