Whats up everyone? This is BTO ( BigTimeOperator) under my new name
Check out my new site (www.theconcertguy.com)
Okay enough of the shamless plug on to business.
This weekend for many IA colleges is Foreplay weekend as I like to call it. Otherwise Spring Intersquad games. The best weekend in an otherwise footballless world right now.
I am headed up to Gainesville to see Urban Myers make his public debute with the Gators. I am pretty damn stroked about it.
Like i said this weekend is like getting your dicked sucked and then her leaving before you cum or get to fuck her. It feels nice but you need the entire thing.

Arena 2 I am guessing.
Arena 2. That is the dumbest name I have EVER heard in my life. a sport league with a sequal. It; is Arena Football. I think they need to merge the 2 leagues. Smaller towns would LOVE the chance to beat the shit out of places like New York, Philly and Tampa. I think the only way to increase rating on TV would be to merge the two. Add smaller cities and Arena would become very interesting. ALOT more people would take it serious and more people in the smaller cities would take their football team serious. Hell here in Tampa we got the Storm 1 ZILLION time Arena Bowl Champions, Then there is Orlando Preditors in Central Florida. Down in Ft. Myers is an Arena 2 team and I think there are like 3 or 4 more around the state. no one cares about them the same way NIAI and Division II and Division III schools never get any press.
Do the world a favor, Merge Arena and Arena 2. Give small town America a reason to cheer. Let places like Tampa feel like a bully for beating up places like Quad Cities. Personally I think it would be good for business.
Shevy, that felt good. I have had that rant on Arena football brewing in me for awhile.

The Quad City Steamwheelers? They're a pretty good team in AF2. Won it all twice in their short history. They would give some of the bigger cities a run for their money.
You know, I'm surprised that Arena Football isn't more popular. It's all about offense. From start to finish it's just non-stop action.
And while I don't necessarily agree with a merger, I think some specialty crossleague play would kick ass.

well then what if the Winner of Arena Bowl took on the winner for Arena Bowl2 in a Super Arena Bowl? THAT would get interest up

That would be pretty cool, but the AFL team would utter destroy the AF2 team. It would still be a game worth watching, though. Especially if it was something like Tampa vs. Quad.

It just kills me to think Arena is owned by NFL and has become a minor league for NFL and now the minors have their own minor. but come to think of it there are many levels to baseball minors.

I never heard of him until he died. I guess he played for the Carolina Panthers for a couple of years. I did a little reading up on him, and he's actually had an accomplished career for only being 26. He was ranked the top defensive player in his college division, had an NFL career, was named to the All-Rookie arena team when he played for Tampa, and in the off season helped coach his old highschool team.

The good ones die young. The bad ones just kill people. Rae Carruth I am looking your way.
