Steve Dalkowski rocks. Career stats: 1,396 strikeouts and 1,354 walks in 995 innings pitched.
-Took off a hitter's ear with a fastball.
-Won $5 by throwing a pitch through a wooden fence
-Threw three pitches through the backstop into the stands in one game
-Hit a guy on line for hot dogs with a pitch
-Threw a pitch into the press booth
-Struck out 27 in nine innings with 16 walks and 283 pitches
-Pulled in the second inning after throwing 120 pitches
-Lost a one-hitter 9-8
-Broke an umpire's mask in three places, knocking him 18 feet back and sending him to a hospital for three days with a concussion.
-Had one season with 262 Ks and 262 walks
Now he's so screwed up from alcoholism he can't remember most of his career. The guy is just a legend.

Why is it the pitchers who always snap? Ron Dribble, Dennis "Oilcan" Boyd, Kenny Rogers, John Rocker.
You know what would make for some good TV?
All those guys on a couch drinking beer.
