In the episode where Lisa gets the restraining order against Bart, the cameo of Gary Busey hosting "So You've Got A Restraining Order" is not only the best cameo, but one of the funniest things I have ever seen in TV.

Heh, yeah that was a pretty good one, too.
"I just want to say this gig sucks!" "Yeah, up yours, Springfield!"

Ha ha!
Pretty much everything said by Mr. Burns is gold: "I don't like being outdoors, Smithers. For one thing, there are too many fat children."

Man. This thread had me thinking a few minutes. But I would have to go with...
Penn and Teller. The Episode where Homer bowls a perfect game.
Homer: Hey, I thought you never talked. Teller: Uh, I didn't mean to. It just slipped out. Oh, God, now Penn's going to beat me. Penn: Folks, it's all part of the act! Teller: No it isn't! Don't leave me alone with him! Penn: You've ruined the act! I'm going to kill you! Teller: He'll do it! I'm not the first Teller.

That was a great one. Wade Boggs gets his ass kicked by Barney, and Roger Clemens was hypnotized into thinking he was a chicken. Ha ha!

James woods is my favourite cameo.
Woods: "Okay, you're you, I'm me."
Jimbo: "I'm...me!?"
Woods: "Hey! Hey! Don't jerk me around, fella!"

It's about freakin' time. P.S. - That line-up really sucks except for Joe Mantegna and William H. Macy.
