Is it just me, or does this movie kick every other movie's ass?
Any movie where someone gets hit in the face with a steak is cool in my book.

The main character looks awesome. I haven't seen it, but I'm assuming it's a cross between Rushmore and Welcome To The Dollhouse...both of which I loved.

I've heard this is either a love it or hate it movie. I haven't been able to bring myself to rent it. Really? I don't know anyone who hates it. All of us were laughing our asses off. The way the movie is set up, it doesn't seem linear at all and the scene changes are abrupt but that's what's so great about it. |

I used to like that movie alot... it used to be a small independant film, and was quite funny.
But some major film company milked it for every dollar, and now everyone has "Vote for Pedro" merch.

Keep in mind that this thread was made almost a year ago...so yes, I would agree with you. The movie's funny, the overadveritising, quoting, merchandise, all that shit killed it.

If you laughed at the socially rejected retards in high school, you will laugh your ass off. If you can in any way relate with the socially rejected retards in high school, you will hate this movie. If you spent most of your time avoiding the socially rejected retards in high school, you will find the movie painful to watch.
