I just finished reading this not too long ago. A surprisingly short read from King with fantastic character development, head-scratching symbolism, an enveloping envirnment, and most importantly, the Boston Red Sox. From the first page until the last, this was definitely a page-turner...although the chapters/innings relation was incredibly tacky and the vomiting/diarrhea sub-plot completely shallow, almost bordering on black comic relief but failing miserably.
Anybody else read this?

That's cool. Do they have a paper reel you can feed through the little girl that has fiddleheads going in one end and hot watery shit blasting out the other?

King seems to be getting into an anal fixation with his later works. Maybe he's got a secret craving?

Maine...land of lots and lots of trees, and inbred people that belong in some horror story.
