Holy shit! This almost makes up for some fuckhead ripping off my faction name in DCW.
If anything, I must own that Venom.

Earmark actually rereleased the first three Venom lps, the first four by Sabbath, and four or five different Motorhead lps, including a badasss boxed set with three colored lps. Some of these (I know the Venom ones for sure) you can also get as picture discs.
And I just got their 180g reissue of Angel Witch's debut album from 1980. Love that NWOBHM... Seems this one was released in limited numbers so if you want it, get it now.

Motorhead makes me happy. I would buy those LP's just to have sex with them...but the hole in the middle of those records are just too damn big for my scrunched-up microphallus.
You win some you lose some. At least I still have my good looks!
I mean...at least I still have a lot of money!
I mean...at least I have a job I enjoy!
I mean...nevermind.

Oh my fucking god, I bought the Motorhead boxed set that includes Overkill on green vinyl, Bomber on blue, and Ace of Spades on gold. Limited to 1000 copies, thank you Earmark! Owning this is why I was put on this Earth.

I have Agoraphobic Nosebleed's Altered States of America on white vinyl and as far as I know, they only pressed 100 copies of it in that color.

Found it in the Warwick, RI Newbury Comics. I was pretty shocked when I found out it was white, which was awesome. The only drawback is, unlike on black vinyls, you can't see the grooves at all, so I can't tell where the song divisions are. I guess it wouldn't help much anyway since they average a length of about 12 seconds.

You guys need to check out the stuff Nuclear War Now! Productions is putting out. Probably the nicest packaging from any lable I've ever seen. Most of the bands they release I've really enjoyed too. They typically do like 1000 copies of a standard release, with 100-200 of those as what they call the "diehard version."
I just got a package from them yesterday and with it was the diehard version of the Toxic Holocaust lp. I already had the standard version, but I just couldn' t resist. Holy shit is it nice! Yellow/white marbled heavyweight vinyl (vs black), it comes with a poster, a vinyl sticker, and embroidered patch, a bunch of inserts, and it's hand numbered (43 of 200). They even printed the jacket on different cardstock to further differentiate it. Considering it's only $5 more than the standard version, to me it was a really good deal.
Their Witches Hammer, Sarcafago, Cult of Daath, etc releases are also all really well produced, each in their own unique ways. If you're into vinyl and metal, check these guys out.

Wow, in a weird twist of fate, it looks like I'm going to be doing some artwork for Nuclear War Now and Joel from Toxic Holocaust! In fact I already sent Joel a piece that will supposedly appear on the back cover of the picture disc repress of TH's "Evil Never Dies." I'm fuckin' psyyyyyched!

More stuff I bought on vinyl today. It was all colored too.
As The Sun Sets - Each Individual Voice Is Lost In The Silence(clear blue) Daughters - Canada Songs(some marbly beige color, one sided) XfilesX - Excruciation(clear red, bought because it has twice as many songs on vinyl).
I figured out what was wrong with my player. I fixed it with pushing one button. Simple as pie. Or I'm just dumb. Either one works.

Ah, you got the blue ATSS? Nice! I got the crappy standard black vinyl... I have a spare copy of the Daughters 7" btw if you've been looking for it.

I'm wondering if I was playing it at the wrong speed. I realized at some point that the Daughters one was going too slow at 33 speed...it plays at 45 RPM. I didn't try that yet with the ATSS record yet, but I'll give it a go.
Colored vinyl rules. What's on the Daughters 7"?

I'm not sure of the song titles, but it's a one-sided black 7". The cover has like a printed vellum strip going around it. I believe it's thier only 7", though it was released in 2 or 3 or 4 different versions.

Well, I finally bit the bullet and got the Mayhem Studio Experience box set. If you don't know, it's 4 lps (Deathcrush, De Mysteriis, Wolf's Lair Abyss, Grand Declaration) and a 7" (Freezing Moon b/w Carnage), all in foil stamped sleeves inside a slick 2 piece box.

Grand Declaration Of War = ka-ka
That's a sweet boxed set, regardless.

Yeah, I know it. I have heard it before. I'm not super killed over Wolf's Lair either, though I think it will grow on me in much the same way De Mysteriis did (which I now love). Deathcrush on the other hand raged full on from first listen.
