Lots of bands do it. Whether they take stuff from movies or just other things people say in general, there's plenty of it to pass around. So what are some of your favorites?
I heard this one on my Insult CD, and it sounds like the voice of D.R.I.'s Kurt Brecht:
"People with long hair didn't come to our shows because they were afraid of getting their asses kicked"

I like it when songs use that speaking nazi guy on a megaphone.

Green Beret uses a sample from Trick Or Treat. That's a sign of class.

I think it was one of the Fear Factroy cds that had some samples from Full Metal Jacket

Ministry-Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste has a few Full Metal Jacket quotes as well, if I remember correctly...
YOU WILL NOT KILL!
Of course, the Beastie Boys are the kings of this. The scope and quality of their samples is mindboggling, whether you dig their music or not.

Another sound sample, this one from Mastodon's Lifesblood CD:
"*southern accent* I took the butcher knife and held it up to her neck, and I said 'you better start frying these eggs the way I like 'em, I'm tired of eating sloppy slimy eggs'"
