Just got back from another show. At the Perishable Theater. It was hot in there. First band was Urdog...they sucked horribly. Next band was Afrirampo from Japan. Those two girls could shriek up a storm. They owned. Then Lightning Bolt again. They only played new stuff. I had a headache so I had to back out of the crowd towards the end...bought a water. Nice and cold. Good times.
I think that'll be it for shows for the month of July. Sorry Derek, but I think I'll have to pass on the 28th so I can get my ears back in working order. Saving it for Fancy Fest.

An old friend of mine did lights at an Eddie Money show a few years ago. I guess he actually puts on one hell of a show.

saturday night rode my bike down to as220 (actually the perishable theatre since construction still isn't done on ass220). send more cops (boston), neo-prophets (prov), get killed (prov), and skitkids (sweden). fucking radical time. if skitkids are coming to your town in the next few days, don't pose. they're still not really well known in the US yet, but in another 5 years they will be spoken about with the same reverence as totalitar. amazingly tight and awesome live.

Yeah, brian told us it was a "maybe" a couple weeks ago. Just got the definite last night. Can't wait. We've got the show this thurs, a show on sunday in boston, and now the dropdead show. Awesome.
